Chef David Thompson turned on the heat at this years Sydney PorkStar event. It was a spice filled night of Thai flavours, and of course all things pork.
Wines for the evening were sourced from Domaine Wine Shippers, beer from Two Birds Brewing & water from Aquabotanical.
Thank-you to David Thompson and the culinary team at Long Chim Sydney, it was an amazing night!

Chef Bethany Finn celebrated the versatility of pork with her 80's inspired menu, serving up a variety of cold, hot, sweet and savoury pork dishes, complete with bacon cocktails.

Wines for the evening were sourced from Domaine Wine Shippers and provided by Penley Estate, as well as beer from Two Birds Brewing & water from Aquabotanical.
