PorkStar was established at a time when pork was under-represented on menus across the country, with the intent to make a dramatic change to the dining landscape. Now, 13 years later, the PorkStar program is well established and has a strong following of chefs. It also continues its philosophy of celebrating the chefs who are influencers and change-makers. PorkStar is a celebration of chefs, leaders and influencers that have a common interest: a passion and love of all things pork.
