Ollie’s pork on the sheets cocktail

Ingredients

  • 30ml calvados
  • 15ml mount gay rum
  • 30ml bacon maple syrup (500mls maple syrup simmered with 250gms of smoked bacon)
  • 1 large block of cubed ice

Method

  1. 1.
    Add ice to a rocks glass.
  2. 2.
    Pour over maple bacon syrup.
  3. 3.
    Build drink in the glass with the rest of the spirits.
  4. 4.
    Stir with bar spoon till all combined and infused.
