Adelaide PorkStar took place at Sparkke at the Whitmore on Monday night and chefs Emma McCaskill, Paul Baker and Karena Armstrong delivered a dazzling 10 course canape menu matched to South Australian wines supplied by Hither & Yon, Big Easy Radio, Alpha Box & Dice and Rose Kentish Wines.

This PorkStar doubled as a launch to raise awareness that the majority of the ham and bacon sold in Australia is made from imported pork. So lets actively choose Australian products, support our local community and celebrate fresh, quality, local ingredients.
